Our Annual General Meeting and Board Meeting on August 15, 2023 at the Flame Tree Park Condo Function Room.

We were able to complete the following business:

• Confirmed the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held in August 2022.
• The budget was reviewed and approved
• The election of the Exco committee for 2023/24. The updated Exco committee members can be found on the Executive Committee tab on this site.
